JOB DESCRIPTION
New York Shuk is seeking a Full-Time Sales & Operations Associate. This role provides the opportunity to play an instrumental role in the daily operations and logistics of a fast-growing company. This position is pivotal in helping maintain communication with customers, vendors and suppliers while crafting internal organizational controls and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Manage Customer Service correspondence for our online & wholesale customers to transform potential customer issues into incredible experiences. We believe in old fashioned hospitality.
Manage purchase orders from beginning to end (ex. entering in the system, monitoring through delivery, troubleshooting)
Provide Sales Support including leveraging CRM practices
Provide Office Support, including updating website, invoicing, maintaining regular reports, etc.
Contribute to and lead special projects on an ad hoc basis
Create and maintain ongoing reports as required by the team (ex. Sales reporting, CX correspondence reporting)
This role also includes a creative aspect and will require assisting in Marketing projects as necessary (ex. helping run giveaway campaigns on social media, content creation for website, etc)
General problem solving and process improvements
Skills and Experience Required:
1+ years of professional experience in a CPG startup setting
Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets. Knowledge of Quickbooks and/or Squarespace is a plus
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external parties.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
New York Shuk is seeking a Full-Time Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The role will report directly to the founders and will contribute to all marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, community, and support sales growth.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Contribute to the planning and execute marketing plans on our website and social media channels (email, Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest), including implementing strategies to grow our audience, keep our followers engaged, and drive sales and traffic to our business channels.
Organization; build a proper master file with everything and anything related to marketing needs.
Monitor all key performance indicators, and provide in-time strategic recommendations
Write copy for various channels
Create graphic, photo and video content as needed
Work on ad hoc projects as needed
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1 year experience (internship or full-time) in Social, Digital, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience as part of a CPG brand is ideal, but not required
Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Lightroom, Canva, Video editing software, or other similar programs
Knowledge of (or eagerness to learn) data analytics tools and reporting; experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager
Knowledge of (or eagerness to learn) ecommerce platforms like Squarespace or Shopify
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external parties.
Exceptional project management skills
