At New York Shuk, we take great pride in crafting our products with the highest quality and care. Because our products are food items and in keeping with strict safety protocols, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged:

Here’s what to do:

  1. Take a photo of the original packaging, including the box your order was shipped in.

  2. Email us at hi@nyshuk.com with your name, order number, and the photos within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly and send you a replacement so you can enjoy our products in perfect condition!

SHIPPING INFORMATION


Order Processing:
Online orders can be placed 24/7. We process and ship packages within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once shipped, your package should arrive within 1–7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Important Reminder:
Our online checkout captures your shipping details exactly as entered, so please review your information carefully before completing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery if the information is incorrect.

Shipping Rates:

  • We currently ship within the USA only (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

  • $10 flat rate for all eligible states.

  • Free shipping on orders over $60.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Q & A

My order was damaged, what are the next steps?

So sorry to hear that you received anything less than perfect from us. Please provide your name, order number, and any photos you can share of the damage— we’ll make things right by sending a replacement right away!


Do your products contain peanuts and/or tree nuts?

Our products do not include peanuts or tree nuts as an ingredient. Our manufacturing partners are not certified nut-free facilities so we are not able to guarantee that there is not a chance for cross-contamination. Our Za'atar does contain sesame and our harissa BBQ sauce does contain soy if that is an issue for you.


Where are you located?

We are based in Brooklyn, NY.

We currently don’t have a brick and mortar storefront but do stay in touch via our newsletter form below to hear about special announcements of pop up events and classes.

Are your products certified kosher?

Yes, all of our spices are OU Kosher certified. Our condiments and BBQ 

Sauces are kosher, but not certified at the moment.

Are your products gluten free?

Our spices and condiments do not contain any gluten, only our Harissa BBQ Sauce contains wheat and soy. Our manufacturing partners are not certified gluten-free facilities so we aren't able to guarantee that there isn't a chance for cross-contamination.


Do you offer wholesale pricing to restaurants, hotels, and retailers?

Yes!

We would love the opportunity to share our love for Middle Eastern flavors with your customers by working with you and your team! We currently work with retailers, caterers, restaurants, hotels and other establishment of all sizes.

Where is my order?

We process and ship packages within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your package leaves our facility, it should arrive within 1–7 days, depending on your location.

If you’re wondering about your order status, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

Email us at hi@nyshuk.com with your order details, and we’ll check the status on our end. Once we receive your message, we’ll follow up with an update and send a replacement if needed.

We’ll make sure your package gets to you—promise!


Can you add a gift note to the order and not include a purchase receipt?

We are unable to add gift notes to orders at this time but rest assured that all purchases do not include a purchase receipt. We are more than happy to notify your loved one via email that they are receiving a gift from you. If you would like us to notify your gift recipient, please provide your order number, a note and best email for us to reach out too!


Do you have gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase one right here.

You can find our condiments & spices on the shelves of many grocery stores across the country. Go to our Where to Buy page to find the closest place to buy New York Shuk near you. Each store has a different selection of our products, so make sure to call ahead before you make a special trip.
