We take the utmost care of our products and ensure that they are consistently produced according to the highest quality standards.
All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives at your door damaged or broken please let us know!
If your order is received damaged, please take a photo of the original packaging, to include the box the order was shipped in, and email it to hi@nyshuk.com within 48 hours so we can follow up with our carrier.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

 
 

Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We process and ship packages within 2-4 business days Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (EST), with the exception of major holidays. After shipping, your package should arrive to you within 1-7 days. Transit times vary based on your  location, inclement weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Our online shopping cart captures the information exactly as you enter it, so please review your information carefully before completing your order as otherwise we can’t guarantee delivery.

Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.


SHIPPING RATES-

We currently ship only within the USA.
$10 flat rate to all states, besides Hawaii and Alaska.
Hawaii and Alaska have a $30 flat rate.

Where are you located?

We are based in Brooklyn, NY.

We currently don’t have a brick and mortar storefront but do stay in touch via our newsletter form below to hear about special announcements of pop up events and classes.

Are your products kosher?

All our spice blends are OU certified. They include: Shawarma, Za’atar, Ras El Hanout, Hawaij, Baharat, Sumac, Rosey Harissa, Herby Harissa and Fiery Harissa.

Our condiments have only kosher ingredient but are not currently certified. They include: Signature Harissa, Harissa with Preserved Lemon, Preserved Lemon Paste.


Do you offer wholesale pricing to restaurants, hotels, and retailers?

Yes!

We would love the opportunity to share our love for Middle Eastern flavors with your customers by working with you and your team! We currently work with retailers, caterers, restaurants, hotels and other establishment of all sizes.
