What You’ll Do
Brand Strategy & Content Creation
Develop and execute marketing strategies across organic & paid social, email, and e-commerce to drive brand awareness and sales.
Own and refine our brand voice, ensuring every post, email, and campaign feels authentic, engaging, and unmistakably New York Shuk.
Keep everything running smoothly with marketing calendars, workflows, and organizing assets.
Social Media & Community Building
Plan, create, and schedule scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Stay ahead of cultural moments and consumer feedback to create fresh, innovative content.
Build and engage with our community—the heart of our brand. Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with real, human interactions.
Partnerships & Collaborations
Develop and manage brand partnerships with content creators, restaurants, and retailers.
Oversee our affiliate program to expand reach and drive sales.
Ad Hoc Projects (Because We’re a Small Business, and That’s How It Works)
Jump in wherever needed—whether it’s brainstorming a new product campaign, developing and managing retail-driven marketing efforts (including Instacart promotions, Amazon strategies, and other retailer initiatives), or troubleshooting an e-commerce issue.

What You Need to Bring to the Table
3+ years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or a related field.
Previous CPG experience required (food/beverage preferred).
Strong copywriting skills—your captions, emails, and headlines make people stop and engage.
Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Suite, Lightroom, Canva, video editing software).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Squarespace, a plus.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, and performance tracking tools.
Exceptional project management skills—meeting deadlines and juggling multiple tasks with ease.
