Tomato salsa & Harissa

Most meals you will find this tomato salsa on our table,
it just goes so well with every meal; from grilled fish, roasted chicken,
egg sandwich, and the list goes on….

Serving 3-4

3 big tomatoes

2 tbsp. Harissa

5 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp. salt

Juice of ½ a lemon

Finely dice the tomatoes.

combine with remaining ingredients and mix well.

Goes well with couscous, fish and meat dishes.
