Coinciding with Matbucha’s first Birthday, we had our first live event of the year, a cooking demo dedicated to our favorite tomato-based condiment. We cooked three Matbucha-based recipes, let the audience participate in the process, and, of course, tasted all of the scrumptious dishes.
