We were very excited to partner with Haven’s Kitchen to bring an unforgettable opportunity to celebrate the Jewish New Year with us.
We prepared a traditional Moroccan dinner that included the different blessings that are recited over a variety of symbolic dishes.
Our goal was to give an insights into the traditions of the Sephardic Jewish community in the comfort of Haven’s Kitchen dining room.
Some of the dishes we prepared: hand rolled couscous, saffron short ribs & capers, ‘Tanzeya’- dried fruit stew, sautéed onion & almonds, various salads with freshly baked challah and more.
