Lemon Sting - Preserved Lemons & Rosemary Cocktail
Lemon Sting
The flavors of rosemary and preserved lemon in this cocktail is subtle & unique and they bring a whole new dimension to the world of cocktails.

Combine the following ingredients in a shaker with ice:
1 jigger (2 tablespoons) bourbon
1/2 jigger (1.5 tablespoons) Canton’s ginger liquor
1/2 jigger(1.5 tablespoons) rosemary and preserved lemon simple syrup*
1/2 jigger (1.5 tablespoons) homemade lemonade*
Garnish: Twig of rosemary
* Homemade lemonade:
1/4 cup honey syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup water
Bring ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool.
* Rosemary and preserved lemon simple syrup:
1:1 ration sugar and water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1.5 tsp Preserved Lemon Paste
5 sprigs of rosemary
Bring ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool. Remove rosemary sprigs and store in an airtight container for up to one week in the fridge.
