Ron and Leetal Arazi of NYSHUK exude their love and passion for traditional Jewish Middle Eastern and North African cooking. Inspired by the market and streets of the Middle East, they teach an array of dishes that emphasize the beauty of cooking from their home including techniques for creating their hand-rolled couscous. Previous menus have included: slada de chizo (spicy carrot salad) tabbouleh salad with chopped walnuts and roasted beets, hand-rolled couscous, fish kebabs with herbs and tomato-harissa sauce.
