CHICKEN WINGS with HARISSA & HONEY

It’s HOT, it’s sticky and it’s the perfect marinade to satisfy your tastebuds. Oh, and it’s simple. We like simple around here : )

6 tablespoons Signature Harissa

3 tablespoon honey

3 tablespoon Fiery Harissa (you can also substitute our Herby Harissa or Rosey Harissa)

2 garlic clove, minced

Salt, tt

4lb chicken wings (or any chicken cut you prefers )

Season the wings with salt on both sides. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and rub all over the chicken wings. To liven up the color and flavor even more, I like to keep one tablespoon of the mixture aside, so when it gets out of the oven, I can give it another brush before serving.

Lay on a baking tray and roast in a 450f heated oven for 30-45 minutes or until the wings are golden and ready. Brush with the remaining mixture and serve piping hot.
